Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the public BED BUG TREATMENT website. The current static build does not contain a contact form, account system, checkout, review submission tool, or user dashboard. Visitors can browse educational pages without creating an account. The policy should be reviewed again before analytics, advertising pixels, chat tools, call recording, form processing, or other data services are activated.
Information sent through phone calls
Selecting a phone link may initiate a call through the visitor’s telephone provider and a call-routing service. The telephone number, call time, routing information, approximate source campaign, and information voluntarily discussed may be processed to connect the caller with relevant independent service contractors. Callers should not provide payment-card data, medical records, government identifiers, passwords, or other unrelated sensitive information.
Hosting and security information
Cloudflare or another hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, timestamps, security signals, and diagnostic logs. This information can be necessary to deliver pages, mitigate abuse, maintain performance, and investigate technical failures. Retention and processing details depend on the production hosting configuration and should be aligned with the provider agreement.
Maps and external resources
Local pages embed Google Maps using a city or ZIP query. Loading an embedded map may allow Google to receive technical information under its own privacy terms. Links to EPA, CDC, university-extension, or other external resources take visitors to independent websites with separate policies. BED BUG TREATMENT does not control how those third parties process information.
Cookies and analytics
No promise is made that hosting infrastructure operates without essential cookies or similar storage. If optional analytics, advertising measurement, or remarketing technology is introduced, the production privacy notice and consent controls must be updated before activation where applicable. The site should avoid collecting information that is not reasonably necessary for security, performance, or a user-requested service connection.
Children and sensitive information
The website is intended for adults researching a household service. It is not designed to solicit information from children. Do not submit details about a child, health condition, disability, precise daily routine, immigration status, financial account, or other sensitive matter unless it is genuinely necessary for a direct service conversation and the recipient is authorized to receive it.
Data choices and questions
Privacy requests depend on which production providers actually process the information. A caller may ask the call recipient about access, correction, deletion, or opt-out options that apply to the information provided during the call, subject to legal and operational exceptions. The site owner should publish a dedicated privacy contact method before adding nonessential tracking or stored lead forms.
Policy changes
This policy should be revised when the site adds or removes data-processing tools, changes hosts, introduces forms, modifies call routing, activates analytics, or becomes subject to new legal requirements. Updates should describe real operational changes rather than changing a date for appearance. Material legal questions should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions served.
